What is Credit Repair and Restoration?


Credit repair and Restoration is the process of fixing a bad credit report, for whatever reason it deteriorated in the first place. It may be as simple as fixing mistakes with the credit agencies. However some reports may require in-depth action for situations such as identity theft.


Is Credit Repair and Restoration legal?

Yes, as a consumer you have the right to have accurate reported information on your credit report. If you find inaccuracies the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA) and the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) gives you  right to dispute those inaccuracies with creditors and Credit Bureaus.


​What is your cancellation process?


You may cancel your contract with Rads Financial Services within 72 hours after initial enrollment. Cancellations request made after 72 hours must be made in writing within 30 days, but prior to the following months billing cycle.


What is the cost for services?

Are your services guaranteed?


At Rads Financial Services, we follow strict guidelines of the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), therefore we are not allowed to guarantee which content will be removed from your credit reports. However we can legally remove inaccurate items from your reports.


What is your result process?


At Rads Financial Services,  while we cannot guarantee immediate results you can expect to see results  anywhere from six to twelve months.



Rads Financial Services, LLC can not assist you if you have worked with another credit repair company within the last 60 days. We also can not assist you if you are currently working with a credit repair company.
